Up until now, my attitude towards this immense mess that CCP has made for itself has been relatively laid back. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, and wait. I assumed that they had at least a tiny inkling of what they were doing.
Clearly I was wrong. After reading this excuse for a dev blog response, I am actually honestly angry at CCP. I really hope that there is an extraordinarily good reason for this condescending, vague and pointless excuse for a PR attempt. But I don't think there is.
CCP, I am shocked and disgusted with your handling of this situation. All you had to do was say "No. We do not plan to implement MT for non-vanity items." That's all, and most of us would be satisfied. Instead, some of my friends are unsubbing. I don't plan to, yet, but if this sort of behaviour continues from you, I will be leaving in search of greener pastures.
Straighten your **** out, CCP. I expect better of you.

CCP, why did you ok the posting of this blog? It's the most disrespectful thing I've ever read from all of you. Not only does it basically tell customers, "Deal with it," it also fails to apologize, it makes ludicrous comparisons between ingame microtransactions and real life... jeans, and uses clearly misleading language like talking about how beautiful Incarna is and how smoothly the update went to sweep the real issues under the rug.
1. First, apologize immediately for even daring to have the microtransactions mentioned in the leaked document even brought to the table for discussion.
2. Swear to the players that you won't be implementing these sorts of microtransactions.
3. Finally, apologize again for posting Zulu's blog which is a clear attempt at avoiding relevant issues and uses incredibly insulting language toward your paying customers.
4. After all of that is taken care of, then you can take care of other issues like deciding if Incarna is even worth trying to save and how to work out the microtranactions for aesthetic items only.
CCP, I cannot ever fully express how disappointed I am in you. I only hope that someone important and responsible for this foolishness gets to deal with the consequences they deserve.
